VegMin has offered a wide range of quality, non-credit, learning opportunities to adults in Vegreville and the County of Minburn since 1975. Programs are partially financed by Alberta Advanced Education, Community Programs.
Programming is offered in local facilities with local instructors (whenever possible). The service area is all communities within the County of Minburn (Vegreville, Lavoy, Ranfurly, Innisfree, Minburn and Mannville).
Courses are arranged to fill in the learning gaps and provide awareness regarding community and societal issues.
VegMin offers programming in (but not limited to) the following areas: Arts, Crafts and Hobbies; Business; Computers; Fitness; Languages; Literacy; Safety; and General.
If VegMin is not offering a course, staff will refer you to someone who is or will welcome your suggestions for potential new programming.
